I'm Max,
My coaching journey began when my amazing mother wanted to fulfill a dream. The thrilling journey of a mother and son duo, united by the goal to conquer her first marathon.

With unyielding determination and a burning passion for running, we embarked on a journey of sweat, tears, and triumph, spanning over two whole years. It was a rollercoaster ride of highs and lows, but we persevered and emerged victorious when she crossed the finish line of her very first full marathon in the fall of 2022.

This experience enhanced my running expertise while adapting it to her lifestyle. This was nothing short of exhilarating. Witnessing her transformation, both physically and mentally, was a momentous and life-changing experience that has inspired me to reach out and touch the lives of anyone else looking to take a step towards a fitter and healthier life.
The Journey Continues
with a personal best of 2:37 in the marathon & 31:36 in the 10km
Creating healthy habits to fulfill a better life
For the past 4 years, I've been sharpening my skills as a running coach, from my own running experience finding what works and what doesn't. Getting to a healthy balance of running and life & building a running routine that is sustainable and balanced.
When life knocks you down, you get back up
In February of 2021, I had an unfortunate incident and broke 3 bones in my ankle (Trimalleolar fracture). I underwent surgery and extensive rehab and am proud to say that a year and a half later, I ran a personal best of 31:36 in the 10km and 2:37 in the marathon.
A new understanding of body mechanics
Getting back into "shape" after an injury like that was an extremely tough challenge, but it has given me a whole new perspective on the mechanics of the body and how to manage and ultimately recover from injuries.
Finding what works, not for the best runners in the world, but for you.
Let's expedite the process and get you on track, I think you’re worth it.
For my mom, because she's always been there for me, she's my biggest cheerleader and the inspiration for all of this.

I do it all for her.
